ATARO-Australian Training & Recruitment Organisation is made up of specialist professionals delivering complete training programs, courses, consultancy & tailored client specific training solutions for Government, Corporate, Law Enforcement & Private Sector industries locally & internationally.

Our highly qualified teams with decades of proven successful operational experience within their fields have been carefully selected whereby they have pioneered many of the policies, practices & techniques that have become standard within our industry. Training is provided at our headquarters in Londonderry NSW on a 24 acre facility comprising classrooms for up to 100 students, accommodation for up to 50 persons, commercial kitchen facilities, numerous internal & external real life scenario based training areas, building search and tactical training areas, competition trial fields & tracking areas compliment our quality service offering to our markets. We also offer various training courses at other locations.

ATARO-Australian Training & Recruitment Organisation offer accredited courses to the private security industry they include Certificate II in Security Operations (CPP20212) This course is designed to provide participants with the skills required in gaining employment within the security industry. Our industry expert trainers come from an extensive career in Law Enforcement & have delivered training programs to Government & Private sectors.

In addition we offer Certificate III in Security Operations (CPP30411). This course is designed to provide participants with the skills required in gaining employment as a dog handler within the security industry. Our industry expert trainers come from an extensive career in Law Enforcement & the private sector. They have delivered training programs & consultancy in a wide range of specialist fields for Government departments & Private sectors Australia wide & Internationally covering bio-security, environmental eradication programs, conservation, narcotics, explosives, contraband, general purpose, tactical deployment, searching, tracking, criminal apprehension, dogsports, agility, obedience & validators for various Police Detector dog units in Australia and Internationally.

Mission Statement

  • Develop the scope of Government Funded accredited training programs.

 

  • Complement VET programs with additional learning and development via short courses, coaching and outsourcing services. This enables students to up skill and develop beyond their current level to undertake the next step in their career development.

 

  • Provide high quality, professional and accessible training services tailored to engage, develop and empower students to meet their learning and career goals. The learning will be workplace focussed and relevant to individual needs. Aim to cluster complementary units to enable the student to broaden knowledge and skills in complementary units, and complete the training in a shortened time.

 

  • Create simple, user friendly and accessible training resources that are tailored to the needs and requirements of students, relevant to the modern workplace and encourages a positive learning experience.

 

  • Support students in their learning. The Ataro model coupled with our Management Reporting System. Both systems provide up-to-date information on the progress towards students completing their qualification. Students who are ‘at risk’ are identified and provided with additional support and options.

 

  • Provide a range of complementary outsourcing services to ‘add value’ to Ataro Pty Ltd current offering of services. Thereby, utilise our skills and recourses to become a ‘one stop’ shop to meet and support an organisation’s business needs.
